This is our updated list of things members collect. The Lioness and Lions Club collects used hearing aids, eyeglasses and used ink cartridges. Campbell's Soup labels and Box Tops for education are sent to our local schools. Greeting card fronts are sent to St. Jude's Children's School. Used stamps for Veterans Hospital therapy projects. Any of the above can be given to Joanna Spiller and she will see that the proper person receives them. Joanna also collects pull tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. Let's all try to help Joanna out. Aluminum cans are collected by Shirley D'Agostino & Rita Wacker, they buy toys for our Toy Drive in December. Sue Collins knows of a group that collects vases and will put us in touch with them. Please continue to save toiletries for the Safer Project, Betty Cannavino is collecting those for us. Janet Sundstedt is taking clothes & household items to the U.S. Vets. As always we continue to collect for H.O.P.E.. At our February meeting the money that we will collect from the "bags" on the tables will be used to provide Easter Baskets for our needy families.
